On behalf of the Fresno Food Expo staff it is our goal is to make sure you have everything you need to in preparation for this year's Expo. Below is a list of information and resources put together for your convenience. Our handbook includes all Expo related information. From the official Expo agenda, helpful contact information and how many samples to prepare to the rules and regulations all exhibitors must follow, this handbook should be used as your go-to resource for exhibiting.

Please order all additional booth needs directly through Expo Decor. All pricing and order information included on their ordering form. These forms MUST be sent directly back to Expo Décor.
